How long have you been in business?
It has been our pleasure to help families with their pet care needs since 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
Pet Lodging with a selection of safe and comfortable accommodations including a choice of fun resort activities and services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort is owned by Houstonians with a passion for pets to have healthy exercise and exceptional care when away from home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Within view of the South Beltway 8 Loop, we service customers from Houston and multiple adjacent cities in both Harris and Ft. Bend Counties. Our campus covers four park like acres with trees, lawns and our own dog park. We designed our hospitality to offer guests healthy exercise, fun activities and scenic nature walks along with their exceptional care.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our concentration has been on one primary location for pet lodging combined with services for full service pet grooming, dog training, dog day care and off leash play, pet supplies and a large two acre dog park.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
SW Houston, Bellaire, West University, Southside Place, The Medical Center, Pearland, Missouri City, Sugar Land, and Richmond are just some of the places our clients live and work.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
One of our owners is either on the premises or available for our daily business operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Open M-F 7:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays 8:00 am- 4:00 pm; Closed Sundays and Holidays except between 4-6:00 pm for guests departing from lodging.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We consider a referral from one client to a new person or family the greatest of compliments. Making new friends and building trust is so important to us that we created a Referral Reward for just such occasions.
